Class Info

You will learn highly effective Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and self-defence skills in a safe, well-designed training environment. Improve your reflexes through pad work drills and sparring.

Techniques include punches, kicks, elbows, trapping, wrestling, takedowns, throws, ground and pound, self-awareness, and street safety. This dynamic training develops both your leg and upper body strength, toning all your muscles.

Our programme empowers you and boosts your confidence while providing enjoyable exercise that stimulates the mind and develops inner strength, making it a great way to relieve stress. Classes at our Martial Arts Gym will help you lose weight and stay in shape with a full-body workout.
